Florida Health

The Florida Department of Health is responsible to promote, improve and protect the health, safety and welfare of the public in Florida. Our facility is licensed by them to manufacture cosmetic products.

FDA

The FDA (Food and drugs administration) is the US federal agency responsible for protecting public health through the control and supervision of food, drugs, cosmetics and a lot of products. Active Cosmetics is proud to be a registered and licensed contracted manufacturing facility by the FDA and the State of Florida.

CGPM

The cGMP (Good Manufacturing Process) regulations for cosmetics contain minimum requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packing. Is a warranty to make sure that a product is safe for use. Active Cosmetics Manufacturing is a cGMP compliant facility. We do stability, in-batch and post-shipment quality control tests and apply cGMP OTC drugs standards even to products which are not OTC drugs
